Dave Matthews Concert

A few weeks ago I went to London for a Dave Matthews Band concert. In case you don’t know who Dave Matthews is he is a very popular rock band from the united states. At the time he was playing the O2 arena which is the arena that Michael Jackson was planning on playing his final show in. First we pre-gamed for the concert in our hostel with some of the other people we had met there at the time. We then caught two cabs and too the 45 minute drive to the outskirts of London where the arena is. Now it may be called an arena but is more like a mega mall filled with shops, restaurants, clubs which all surround an enormous concert hall. The concert was amazing. We stood in the standing room section in front of the stage filled with thousands of other fans. It was packed and the concert was amazing. We all had a great time. After the concert we hit up one of the bars that was outside of the arena. It was full of fans who couldn’t stop talking about the amazing concert they had just seen. After we finished out beers we decided it was about time to head out and see what the London night life had to offer. We took the 45 minute cab right back into center town; I fell asleep during the ride. After that we went to a club we had heard about called O’Neal’s which was amazing. It was a three story club in the middle of London and all of us had a great time.
